What you'll do

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in the development and execution of innovative projects that align with the company's mission.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the tech industry, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Assist in organizing and facilitating workshops, events, and networking sessions that connect startups with potential investors and mentors.
Support the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and social media content, to promote Plugandplaytech Center's initiatives and events.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for new programs and services that enhance the startup ecosystem.
Help maintain and update the company's database of startups, investors, and partners, ensuring accurate and timely information is available for team members.
Engage with startups to gather feedback on their experiences and needs, contributing to the continuous improvement of Plugandplaytech Center's offerings.
Shadow experienced team members to learn about various aspects of business development, investment strategies, and operational management within the tech sector.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, showcasing the impact of Plugandplaytech Center's initiatives.
Attend industry conferences and networking events to represent Plugandplaytech Center and build relationships with key players in the tech community.
Contribute to the development of case studies that highlight successful collaborations and partnerships facilitated by Plugandplaytech Center.
Engage in self-directed learning opportunities to enhance your understanding of the startup ecosystem and the role of innovation in driving business success.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
Previous internship or work experience in a startup, tech company, or related field is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough research and synthesize information into actionable insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
A passion for technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship, with a desire to learn and grow within the industry.

Nice to have

Experience with social media management and digital marketing strategies.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
Previous involvement in startup events, hackathons, or entrepreneurial initiatives.
Knowledge of investment processes and venture capital is a plus.
Fluency in additional languages is an advantage.
