What you'll do

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at promoting Plugandplaytech Center's programs and services.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential opportunities for growth.
Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and the company website, to enhance brand visibility.
Support the organization of events, including workshops, networking sessions, and pitch competitions, ensuring all marketing materials are prepared and distributed.
Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics and promotional materials that align with our brand identity.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software and tools.
Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn about the startup ecosystem and marketing best practices.

Nice to have

Previous internship or work experience in marketing or a related field.
Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
