Post-Sales Solution Engineer
Job description
About the role
You will own the technical relationship for a portfolio of existing Pleo accounts, acting as the critical problem-solver for integrations, configurations, and platform value realization. This role requires you to diagnose complex technical environments and translate customer objectives into clear, actionable solutions that prevent churn and drive expansion. You will be the hands-on technical expert that customers call when standard processes hit their limits, ensuring seamless operations across their financial workflows. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to escalate and resolve gaps that put customer retention at risk, directly influencing product evolution. This position is about building a function from the ground up, where your diagnostic instincts and proactive thinking will define the standard for post-sales excellence. You will conduct tailored product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops that showcase the full power of Pleo's platform. You will develop and deliver technical proposals, RFPs, and API workshops that address specific customer integration challenges. You will understand customer objectives, technical environment, and accounting needs to craft targeted solutions. You will provide feedback and insights to product and engineering teams based on real-world usage patterns. You will turn complex, messy spend management problems into simple, effective outcomes for finance teams and employees.
