Plaud is on the lookout for a Technical GEO/SEO Specialist to become a vital part of our Global Commercial Operation Center. This position is centered around enhancing our digital footprint through innovative technical SEO methodologies and leveraging AI-driven content strategies. What you'll do
- Design and optimize automated content and data pipelines for GEO/SEO, utilizing large language model APIs, web crawling techniques, and various automation tools.
- Execute technical SEO initiatives by analyzing front-end architecture, crafting and validating JSON-LD structured data, and addressing Core Web Vitals and crawling challenges.
- Develop insightful, data-driven dashboards that utilize search intent data, processing information from multiple sources with SQL and Python to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure the precise and timely execution of GEO-related front-end modifications.
- Work seamlessly across different time zones, particularly with teams in the US and Shenzhen, focusing on asynchronous documentation and decision-making processes.
- Stay updated on the latest releases from significant AI and development tools, conducting rapid tests on new capabilities and sharing findings on a weekly basis.
- Engage in continuous learning and adaptation of best practices in technical SEO and AI technologies to keep the company at the forefront of industry standards.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for enhancing our SEO strategies and AI applications.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific or engineering discipline, with a solid understanding of computer networks and data structures.
- Proven experience with personal projects that incorporate AI technologies, such as LLM API integration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agent frameworks, or automation pipelines, demonstrated through platforms like GitHub, live demonstrations, hackathons, or deployed applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Replit, Vercel, Dify, n8n, or LangChain.
- Previous internship experience at an AI-focused startup, providing insights into the industry.
- Contributions to open-source projects related to artificial intelligence, search technologies, or web scraping tools, showcasing your commitment to the tech community.
Skills & tools
- Proficient in working with LLM APIs and web crawling techniques.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Dify, Coze, n8n, and LangChain.
- Competent in custom scripting, JSON-LD, SQL, and Python programming languages.
- Experience with platforms like Anthropic, OpenAI, Cursor, Replit, Vercel, Profound, and Otterly.
