About the role
You will own the full lifecycle recruitment for critical positions within the North American GTM organization, ensuring alignment with the rapid growth trajectory of the AI planning platform. You will design and deploy sophisticated sourcing workflows that connect data, people, and processes to attract specialized talent in planning and performance management. This role requires close collaboration with company leaders who operate at startup speed and challenge the status quo to turn bold ideas into reality at scale. You will establish strategic partner alignment with hiring managers focused on building the next generation of performance management solutions. The position involves managing frequent intake sessions to clarify requirements for finance and HR positions across multiple regions. You will evaluate portfolios of applicants to identify recurring patterns that indicate strategic planning aptitude and cultural fit. Additionally, you will track time-to-hire metrics while maintaining exceptionally high standards for the candidate experience and operational excellence. As an early member of the Austin hub, you will play a pivotal role in establishing the local culture while anchoring the North American go-to-market expansion for Pigment.

- Execute the intake strategy for hiring demand generated by GTM leaders to support aggressive expansion goals.
- Establish sourcing workflows that effectively connect people, data, and processes for planning-specific roles across North America.
- Champion the review of candidate profiles against stringent criteria for agility, scale, and performance management expertise.
- Coordinate ship readiness and onboarding for new joiners, ensuring a seamless transition whether the location is Austin or remote.
- Forge strategic partner alignment with hiring managers dedicated to building innovative performance management solutions.

- Evaluate portfolios of applicants to identify recurring patterns indicative of strategic planning talent and commercial acumen.
- Track time-to-hire metrics and quality-of-hire data to refine processes while maintaining exceptionally high standards for the candidate experience.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize sourcing channels and improve the efficiency of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to ensure hiring strategies support the AI-powered platform vision.
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for critical roles, from requisition to offer, in a fast-moving environment.
- Partner with HR operations to ensure compliance and consistency in hiring practices across regions.
- Identify and engage passive candidates who possess the unique blend of planning expertise and SaaS experience.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives that highlight Pigment's mission for innovation and scale in the planning software market.
Requirements
- Possess three to five years of experience within technical or SaaS hiring environments focused on planning and performance management.
- Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical background in business fields such as finance, HR, or operations.
- Demonstrate comfort operating within annual planning cycles and performance management systems like Workday, SAP, or Oracle.
- Exhibit the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders while maintaining clarity and momentum in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
- Show effective communication skills across multiple regions, including Paris, London, New York, Toronto, and San Francisco.
- Have a proven track record of managing high-volume recruitment while ensuring quality and adherence to strict timelines.
- Display strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Be proficient in using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to build diverse and robust talent pipelines.
- Understand the nuances of building teams for AI-powered platforms and the importance of data-driven decision-making.
- Commit to fostering an inclusive workplace culture that encourages taking smart risks and celebrating bold ideas.
Nice to have
- Possessing experience within AI platforms or business planning software similar to that described in Pigment's growth story, such as Anaplan, Planful, or Adaptive Insights.

- Experience working with remote and hybrid teams across North America and Europe.
- Knowledge of employment law and compliance as it pertains to hiring in the United States.
