About the role
You will architect and execute the global go-to-market hiring strategy for Pigment's GTM organization, owning the full lifecycle of candidate experience from requisition to offer. You will partner deeply with hiring managers to translate business objectives into talent acquisition plans that accelerate growth and uphold our culture of collaboration. You will leverage data and market insights to build diverse pipelines, optimize sourcing channels, and ensure we secure the best commercial, customer-facing, and strategic talent. You will drive employer branding initiatives that reinforce Pigment's position as an innovative leader in the AI business planning space on a global scale. You will own the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, implementing scalable practices that enhance quality, speed, and candidate satisfaction. You will mentor and guide internal stakeholders on best practices in interviewing, evaluation, and inclusive hiring to elevate the overall capability of the organization. You will collaborate with People Operations to refine compensation structures, onboarding experiences, and retention strategies for new hires in GTM roles. You will act as a strategic advisor to leadership, providing insights on talent trends, competitive positioning, and workforce planning for the GTM engine.

What you'll do
Lead the development of a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with Pigment's aggressive GTM expansion goals across Europe.
Champion the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM roles, ensuring a premium candidate experience that reflects Pigment's market position.
Source and engage passive candidates through targeted outreach, leveraging professional networks, niche communities, and industry events relevant to commercial roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define evolving role requirements, success metrics, and interview criteria that support scalable growth.
Build and maintain diverse pipelines by cultivating relationships with universities, bootcamps, and organizations that broaden our access to underrepresented talent.
Implement data-driven sourcing techniques, tracking channel effectiveness and conversion metrics to continuously refine recruitment investments.
Partner with marketing and communications to amplify our employer value proposition, showcasing real employee stories and day-to-day impact at Pigment.
Utilize advanced search techniques and social platforms to identify and engage top-tier professionals in sales, customer success, and marketing functions.
Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders across multiple time zones.
Evaluate recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and retention, to drive iterative improvements in the GTM hiring funnel.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion principles by implementing unbiased screening practices and fostering inclusive interview environments.
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and transparent communication throughout the selection process.
Support the rollout of innovative hiring technologies and tools that automate workflows and enhance the recruiter and candidate experience.
Contribute to talent market mapping and competitive intelligence gathering to anticipate future hiring needs and talent shortages.
Requirements
You possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
You bring a minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a proven track record in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
You have at least 3 years of specialized experience in recruiting for Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success roles within the SaaS sector.
You demonstrate fluency in both English and French, with the ability to communicate professionally and empathetically across cultures.
You exhibit a strong command of Applicant Tracking Systems, particularly Greenhouse, and are adept at managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
You have a documented history of building and maintaining diverse talent pipelines and implementing inclusive hiring practices.
You show an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving initiatives without rigid oversight or predefined structures.
You maintain a high standard of confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive candidate and business information.
Nice to have
Experience with AI or data analytics platforms is advantageous, given Pigment's position at the forefront of business intelligence technology.
Familiarity with the European SaaS market and key players in the commercial sector will enable faster relationship building with hiring managers.
Practical notes
This role is based in our Paris office, with the expectation of 3 days per week in-office to foster collaboration and culture.
There may be occasional travel required within Europe for team offsites and networking events.
Candidates must be eligible to work in France without sponsorship, as we are currently unable to sponsor visas or work permits.
