- Mentor and coach a team of Enterprise Account Executives, focusing on skill development, pipeline management, and performance optimization.
- Analyze competitive landscapes and adjust sales narratives to maintain a distinct advantage against established industry solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and influential stakeholders across assigned market segments.
- Coordinate with Revenue Operations to ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and adherence to quota attainment strategies.
- Evaluate market trends and customer feedback to inform strategic adjustments to sales approaches and product positioning.
- Drive the integration of Pigment's capabilities into client procurement cycles, positioning the platform as a strategic imperative.

Requirements
- Bring over ten years of experience in enterprise sales leadership within the planning software domain to the table.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to manage large deal cycles with budgets that exceed typical enterprise thresholds.
- Show expertise in navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees across a diverse range of industries and sectors.
- Possess hands-on familiarity with modern planning platforms and the broader workflow ecosystems they support.
- Exhibit strong leadership capabilities in building, managing, and mentoring high-performing sales teams.
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex concepts to executive audiences.
