We are seeking an Employee Experience & Enablement Manager to own, animate, and continuously design the end-to-end onboarding experience at Pigment as well as our internal learning programs. This role sits at the intersection of program management, learning design, and employee experience. You will maintain a structured, welcoming, and high-impact onboarding journey that helps new hires ramp quickly while feeling genuinely excited to be here. This position will also expand into broader employee enablement and learning programs, supporting the People Experience Lead, and shaping how Pigment develops talent internally, including French regulatory training obligations.

What you will do
Map intake steps for new employee data and documentation with precision and consistency. Design interactive learning modules that explain core concepts clearly to diverse audiences with varying technical backgrounds. Coordinate review checkpoints with stakeholders to validate content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with current business needs. Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration so that rollout activities stay on schedule and meet defined objectives. Build guides that help teams adopt features efficiently across Sales, Operations, and other departments. Track shipment and completion metrics for learning materials and adjust development paths based on qualitative and quantitative feedback. Establish partner playbooks that align external vendors with our internal standards and quality expectations. Maintain living documentation that reflects current rules, processes, and supports future improvements as the platform evolves. Update training resources to satisfy French regulatory training obligations as legal requirements and best practices change. Facilitate sessions where teams practice using tools in realistic business scenarios to reinforce practical application.
What you need
Hold at least three years of experience in employee experience, learning design, or related roles focused on organizational development. Demonstrate fluency in French and comfort communicating in English during meetings and collaborative work. Manage simultaneous tasks while maintaining attention to detail on each item without compromising quality. Understand how large organizations structure learning and development functions, including governance models and competency frameworks. use digital tools to deliver training, track engagement, and collect participant input effectively. Navigate complex stakeholder environments to build consensus and drive implementation. Communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally, to ensure alignment across teams and regions. Apply problem-solving skills to diagnose onboarding friction and propose practical, scalable solutions. Support the People Experience agenda by contributing to talent development strategies and internal capability building. Adapt to change and respond proactively as priorities, regulations, and technologies evolve within a fast-growth environment.
Nice to have
Prior experience working with AI business planning platforms and their associated ecosystems. Exposure to performance management or workforce planning concepts in previous roles. Familiarity with global compliance and training regulations in multi-country environments.
Skills and tools
No specific tool names are required for this position, though a quick learning mindset is essential. You will work with enterprise-grade platforms for content delivery, communication, and data tracking. You will select and configure tools as needed to support learning initiatives and stakeholder needs.
