Mid-Market and Corporate Sales Manager
Job description
Pigment is a global AI platform that is fundamentally redefining how organizations approach business planning. Our technology connects people, data, and processes into a single, intuitive solution designed for agility and large-scale operation. We empower teams, from Finance to HR, to construct, modify, and align their strategic plans in real time, creating a dynamic rather than static environment for decision-making.
This role is based in London and represents a significant opportunity to influence how major enterprises in the UK utilize advanced planning technology. The successful candidate will be instrumental in helping clients navigate evolving business conditions and justify strategic investments with clear, data-backed narratives.
About the role
In this position, you will take ownership of the entire sales cycle for mid-market and corporate accounts within the United Kingdom. Your primary mission is to guide these organizations in designing flexible business plans that can adapt instantly as conditions change. You will act as a translator, converting the sophisticated capabilities of Pigment into clear, compelling value propositions for executive leaders who are responsible for justifying every financial decision.
A core part of your responsibility will be to facilitate a shift in mindset, moving stakeholders away from static, periodic reporting toward a continuous, collaborative approach to forecasting and performance management. You will coordinate input from multiple departments-including Finance, HR, and Operations-to ensure they converge on a single, unified plan. This involves guiding structured reviews where various options are compared and the optimal implementation path is agreed upon. You will also lead interactive workshops that translate high-level strategic ambitions into concrete, actionable steps using Pigment's workflows and scenario management features.
Building a sustainable pipeline requires more than just closing deals; it requires nurturing long-term relationships. You will forge strong partnerships with consultancies and system integrators to ensure deployments run smoothly and the platform's value is realized over the long term. Your analysis of pipeline health will be constant, allowing you to adjust your strategies to ensure that opportunities progress steadily toward successful closure.
