Head of Brand Marketing
Job description
About the role
You architect the emotional and strategic DNA of how Pigment exists in the world, ensuring every interaction communicates our ambition and clarity. You own the end-to-end brand narrative, from the stories that inspire our teams to the visuals that signal our leadership to the market. You are the guardian of coherence and the driver of bold differentiation in a crowded category. You will translate the complexity of AI business planning into a simple, human, and aspirational identity that people feel they belong to. You partner closely with the CEO and the executive team to ensure brand strategy is not a deck but a daily operating system. You will elevate Pigment from a high-growth SaaS company to a category-defining icon that feels indispensable to ambitious professionals. You measure the impact of your work on perception, preference, and business outcomes with the same rigor as any performance metric. You are the storyteller who makes our engineers look like poets and our executives look like visionary leaders.
