As a member of the Success Advisory team, you will work directly with strategic clients. Your role is to help these clients extract maximum value from the Pigment platform. You act as both a technical expert and a client partner. You will demonstrate how to use Pigment features to achieve real business agility.
This position requires you to own the entire journey for portfolio accounts. You will guide clients through every step of their planning transformation.

Key facts
What you'll do
- Interpret client workflows to identify configuration gaps and optimization opportunities within the Pigment platform.
- Architect detailed implementation roadmaps that translate complex business requirements into executable Pigment models.
- Facilitate structured stakeholder sessions to validate logic and ensure robust data integrity across financial models.
- Orchestrate controlled rollouts of model updates to safeguard stability during critical planning and budgeting cycles.
- Translate executive expectations into precise configuration and automation requirements for technical teams.
- Evaluate and advise partners on integration options to extend the platform's value across the client's technology landscape.
- Lead cross-functional discussions to remove deployment obstacles and drive higher user adoption of the platform.
- Author comprehensive operational documentation that enables client teams to maintain and evolve solutions independently.
- Coach clients on best practices for building adaptable models that respond to shifting business needs.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between Pigment Success and portfolio accounts.
- Monitor platform adoption metrics and adjust enablement strategies to maximize realized value.
- Represent Pigment in client meetings, acting as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on technical problem solver.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share insights that influence product enhancements and customer success initiatives.
- Ensure all engagements adhere to defined timelines, scope boundaries, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bring 3 to 5 years of experience in enterprise software deployments as a technical advisor or consultant.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to manage complex data structures and model configurations under tight deadlines.
- Show capacity to explain intricate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, particularly finance professionals.
- Exhibit ownership of timelines, dependencies, and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Display advanced proficiency with the Pigment platform and a solid grasp of its architectural principles.
- Highlight a track record of working with global enterprises, preferably within regulated industries.
- Confirm experience managing multi-region rollouts in coordination with local teams and stakeholders.
- Commit to using the Pigment platform as the core tool for building and maintaining client solutions.
