About the role
The is responsible for defining the standards and workflows that govern enterprise planning cycles across client organizations. This role sits at the intersection of technical configuration, process design, and proactive stakeholder management to ensure alignment across departments. You will utilize Pigment as the central modeling surface to structure, execute, and adjust plans for scenarios, forecasts, and workforce management. The position requires a balance of deep technical architecture and nuanced communication to align diverse teams around a single, authoritative version of the truth. You will act as a strategic partner, translating ambiguous business objectives into structured requirements that drive coherent planning models. The role is based in Paris and operates on a full-time engagement basis with a specific compensation band attached to the position. Success in this role is defined by the ability to enable organizations to move plans into production with clarity, stability, and confidence.

What you'll do
- Lead intake sessions with marketing, finance, and HR departments to clarify objectives and measures of success for planning initiatives.
- Translate ambiguous business objectives into structured requirements suitable for scenario, forecast, and workforce models within the Pigment platform.
- Configure scenario and driver models that adhere to the standards expected by large global enterprises such as Unilever, Snowflake, Siemens, and DPD.
- Ensure configurations reflect realistic decision workflows and approval paths that mirror actual enterprise behavior and governance.
- Orchestrate model review sessions where representatives from HR, finance, and operations converge to agree on rules, hierarchies, and naming standards.
- Coordinate build timelines to stabilize data structures, data imports, and calculation engines ahead of user acceptance testing phases.
- Coordinate review checkpoints to validate reports, approve underlying assumptions, and refine visual layouts for clarity and usability.
- Enable the transition of plans into production by creating clear documentation and handoff notes tailored for operations teams.
- Establish partner playbooks to assist implementation teams and channel allies in adopting Pigment effectively and consistently.
- Maintain readiness for audits by ensuring traceability, comments, and version notes support oversight questions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Apply a disciplined approach to documentation that ensures continuity and clarity from initial configuration through long-term operations.
- Act as a consultative force that challenges the status quo while fostering alignment among stakeholders with conflicting priorities.
- Interpret metric logic and explain the relationship between Pigment cells and source systems to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leverage experience with Gartner recognized planning software to evaluate and integrate best in class planning methodologies.
Requirements
- Bring three to five years of experience guiding organizations through complex planning platform rollouts and transformations.
- Understand how large companies design budgets, forecasts, and workforce models across multiple departments and regions.
- Demonstrate the ability to read metric logic and explain the relationship between Pigment cells and source systems in clear terms.
- Communicate clearly with finance leaders, HR partners, and operations managers across European time zones and cultural contexts.
- Maintain a consultative mindset that enables challenging existing processes while building consensus among stakeholders.
- Exhibit strong ownership for end to end delivery, ensuring that projects move from configuration to stabilization and adoption.
- Show capacity to manage multiple priorities and shifting requirements without compromising the quality of the output.
- Commit to maintaining high standards of accuracy, transparency, and reliability in all planning models and documentation.
