About the role
You will own the end-to-end delivery of Pigment implementations for strategic customers, acting as the primary point of contact and accountable partner for their success. You will combine structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, and AI-enabled delivery to accelerate time-to-value and ensure outcomes align with strategic objectives. In this role, you will translate complex business requirements into clear solution designs while coordinating cross-functional teams to maintain momentum and clarity. You will lead executive workshops with CFOs, COOs, and VP-level stakeholders to uncover needs and validate strategic direction. You will leverage Pigment's AI-powered capabilities to streamline modeling, scenario analysis, and insight generation for clients. You will identify opportunities to expand into new use cases such as ERP, operations, and performance management, strengthening the long-term relationship. You will drive customer adoption, ensuring clients realize measurable value and embed Pigment into their planning and decision-making workflows. You will act as a strategic advisor, challenging the status quo and helping industry leaders navigate uncertainty with confidence and agility.

What you'll do
Lead end-to-end delivery of Pigment implementations for strategic customers, owning timelines, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Translate ambiguous business problems into structured, scalable solutions by breaking down complexity into clear workstreams and deliverables.
Design and facilitate executive workshops with CFOs, COOs, and VP-level stakeholders to define objectives, scope, and success metrics.
Collaborate closely with Solution Architects to translate business requirements into technical solution designs that are robust and future-proof.
Leverage AI-powered capabilities within Pigment to accelerate modeling, data preparation, and insight generation for client scenarios.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales Architects, AI Architects, and modelers to ensure alignment, clarity, and seamless execution.
Champion customer adoption by driving hands-on configuration, training, and change management activities that build confidence and capability.
Identify and scope opportunities to expand usage into new domains such as ERP, operations, and advanced planning, enhancing long-term value.
Drive continuous value realization by monitoring adoption, gathering feedback, and refining solutions to meet evolving client needs.
Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders, using data and AI to support confident, scenario-based decision-making at scale.
Maintain a sharp focus on outcomes, ensuring each engagement delivers clear ROI and reinforces Pigment's position as a strategic partner.
Apply structured problem-solving and rigorous analysis to navigate constraints, prioritize trade-offs, and keep projects on track.
Proactively communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to internal and external stakeholders, fostering transparency and trust.
Contribute to internal playbooks, templates, and knowledge-sharing initiatives that elevate the standard of delivery across the team.
Requirements
4-8 years of experience in consulting, tech, or data-driven roles, with a track record of delivering complex projects in fast-paced environments.
Bachelors or Masters degree from a top tier educational institution, demonstrating academic excellence and intellectual curiosity.
Experience at leading professional services firms or top tier technology companies, where you have managed high-stakes engagements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and make evidence-based decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including the capacity to influence at executive levels and build trust quickly.
A demonstrated interest in AI and enterprise software, with an understanding of how emerging technologies drive business transformation.
The ability to operate comfortably in ambiguous, dynamic settings while maintaining a high standard of delivery and ownership.
Willingness to travel periodically for client engagements, collaborate across time zones, and adhere to project delivery standards.
Nice to have
Experience in FP&A, supply chain, or operations, providing domain context that accelerates client value realization.
Exposure to data platforms or AI tools, enabling deeper collaboration with technical teams and more effective solution design.
Practical notes
This role is tagged as #LI-HYBRID, allowing flexibility in work location with an expectation of time in the London office.
Employment type is Full Time, with standard working hours aligned to project and client needs.
