You will be responsible for driving tangible improvements in client relations by ensuring that device-related training and support are delivered accurately and professionally. What you'll do

• Execute preparatory tasks and provide active support during hospital-based training sessions and in-service events for complex medical devices alongside clinical specialists and territory managers.
• Perform detailed monthly consignment stock audits in collaboration with hospital inventory systems and assist in the reconciliation of records to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Assume ownership of critical administrative functions, including the creation of documentation and the generation of reports, to streamline operational workflows and improve team efficiency.
• Provide dedicated support to the development and implementation of a referral initiative specifically targeting private surgeons who manage deep vein thrombosis patients, facilitating cross-specialty alignment and communication.
• Liaise directly with hospital staff to gather feedback on device performance and user experience, translating these insights into actionable items for the clinical and product teams.
• Utilize advanced organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all team objectives are met without delay.
• Operate standard office machinery such as printers and copiers with high proficiency to produce necessary materials for hospital visits and internal documentation.
• Create and edit a variety of professional documents, including spreadsheets and emails, ensuring that all communications reflect the highest standards of clarity and professionalism.
• Monitor and track inventory levels in real-time, assisting in the identification of discrepancies and the implementation of corrective actions to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Support the collection and analysis of performance metrics related to the referral initiative, providing summaries that help in assessing the program's impact on patient referral rates.

Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification as the minimum educational requirement for entry into this position.
• Be currently enrolled in a university program or have recently graduated with a degree in biomedical engineering, healthcare, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrate strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage time effectively in a demanding and fast-paced work setting.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with internal teams and external hospital personnel.
• Show a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment while also functioning independently when assigned discrete tasks.
• Maintain a high level of adaptability to quickly learn and understand the features and benefits of medical devices used in clinical practice.
• Comply with all hospital and clinic policies regarding professional conduct, confidentiality, and safety protocols during all interactions on-site.
