What you'll do

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in RF engineering, with a focus on communication systems for transit or similar industries.
- Proficiency in RF design tools and software, such as MATLAB, ADS, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of RF propagation principles, antenna design, and system integration.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and standards relevant to RF communications, particularly in transit environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with digital communication protocols and standards, such as P25, TETRA, or LTE.
