Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in traffic management or public safety are preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in traffic control, public safety, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of traffic laws, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with traffic management systems and tools, including surveillance equipment and software.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail to identify potential safety hazards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform duties in various weather conditions.
