What you'll do
- Deliver first-class technical support to internal users across various platforms, addressing hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
- Manage and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and cloud services, ensuring they are secure, reliable, and up-to-date.

Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or administration, preferably in a global environment.
- Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux operating systems, with a solid understanding of networking concepts.
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure, including deployment and management of cloud-based applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with IT security best practices and experience implementing security measures in a corporate environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are a plus.
