What you'll do
- Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing labor operations and governance within the PayPay group.
- Address labor-related queries from both employees and management to ensure smooth communication.
- Gather and analyze labor data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Create and facilitate training sessions focused on labor compliance and governance best practices.
- Streamline routine tasks through automation to improve overall business efficiency.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to effectively resolve labor-related challenges.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and internal policies to mitigate risks.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on changes in labor regulations and adapt processes accordingly.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting awareness of labor rights and responsibilities.

Employment Type: Full-time employee.
- Work Style: Hybrid, with in-office attendance as required by company policies.
- Working Hours: Flexible working system with no mandatory core hours; standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:45 PM, totaling 7 hours and 45 minutes, including a 1-hour break.
- Holidays: Enjoy weekends off, public holidays, year-end and New Year breaks, and designated company holidays.
- Paid Leave: Receive 14 days of paid leave in the first year, prorated based on your start date, with immediate availability. Additionally, you will have 5 days of personal leave each year for specific personal matters.

Salary: The compensation structure is based on an annual salary system that includes a portion of fixed overtime pay, determined by your experience, skills, performance, and contributions, with annual evaluations. Overtime and late-night work allowances are also provided.
