About the role
As an Enterprise Account Executive for Austria, you will be a vital driver of Parloa's expansion into the Austrian market and surrounding regions. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies that introduce Parloa's innovative AI platform to large enterprise clients. You will engage with senior decision-makers, understand their business needs, and demonstrate how Parloa's solutions can transform their customer interactions. What you'll do
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial lead generation to closing deals, focusing on acquiring new enterprise clients within Austria and neighboring regions.
- Identify and analyze market opportunities, developing targeted strategies to generate sales momentum in a largely untapped and emerging market.
- Lead complex sales negotiations involving multiple stakeholders, including senior executives and decision-makers at the VP and C-level.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their unique needs and demonstrating how Parloa's AI platform can deliver measurable business value and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Engineering, Business Development, and Value Consulting teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality buying experience for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts, providing clear visibility into pipeline health, potential risks, and opportunities for growth.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders to foster ongoing partnerships and customer loyalty.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
- Represent Parloa at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and generate new leads.
- Provide feedback from clients and prospects to internal teams to influence product development and regional sales strategies.
- Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with overall company objectives, ensuring consistent growth in the Austrian market.
- Support onboarding and training of new clients, ensuring they realize the full value of Parloa's AI solutions.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics regularly to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Assist in developing marketing and outreach campaigns tailored to the Austrian enterprise landscape.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with AI technology trends and sales techniques.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in SaaS or technology sales, with a proven track record of closing enterprise deals and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Experience in building and maintaining a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and market development, especially in new or developing markets.
- Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including executives at the VP and C-level.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
- Fluency in German and English, with native or bilingual proficiency in German.
- A genuine interest in AI-driven products and their application in enhancing customer experience.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of the enterprise software landscape, sales methodologies, and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed to meet clients and attend events.
