Growth Hacker - AI Native
Job description
About the role
You are a hands-on Growth Hacker who owns the entire lifecycle of high-impact experiments within our AI-native ecosystem. You translate behavioral science insights directly into working funnels, owning every step from hypothesis to deployed automation. You leverage AI tools as a daily production partner to generate, test, and iterate on growth initiatives at speed. This role is about building the system that enables millions of users to grow, learn, and act on their potential through controlled experimentation. You will define testing roadmaps, implement conversion optimizations, and ensure that every data point drives a tangible improvement in user outcomes. Your work will shape how the Paradox OS platform guides people toward measurable personal greatness.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Architect and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies that move core growth metrics across the entire user journey.
- Build end-to-end conversion funnels in no-code tools, integrating copy, design logic, and tracking to create seamless user experiences.
- Diagnose funnel leakage by mapping user flows and identifying friction, then implement rapid fixes to stabilize conversion performance.
- Generate high-impact hypotheses using AI-driven research, trend analysis, and behavioral frameworks to prioritize test opportunities.
- Produce conversion-optimized copy for landing pages, emails, and onboarding flows, ensuring messaging aligns with user intent at each stage.
- Configure and maintain event tracking and instrumentation in analytics platforms to capture the signal needed for rigorous experiment analysis.
- Design and deploy automated nurture sequences and conditional journeys that respond to user behavior and experiment outcomes.
- Create AI-generated creative variants and iterate on visual and textual assets to support rapid multivariate testing campaigns.
- Synthesize test results into actionable insights, documenting learnings and building a repeatable playbook for future growth initiatives.
- Partner closely with product, design, and content teams to align experiments with roadmap priorities and user value hypotheses.
- Maintain a test backlog with clear scope, success metrics, and ownership to ensure continuous experimentation cadence.
- Champion a culture of data-driven decision making by evangelizing rigorous experimentation practices across the organization.
- Optimize onboarding flows to activate users quickly, using behavioral triggers and progressive profiling to increase long-term retention.
- Define guardrails and experiment standards to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency across all growth activities.
Requirements
- You have 2-3 years of hands-on growth experience, with a portfolio of experiments that show clear impact on conversion or engagement.
- You are fluent in French and English, able to write persuasive copy and analyze data in both languages without loss of nuance.
- You have shipped experiments that moved meaningful business metrics, demonstrating that your work created measurable change.
- You understand statistical significance, sample size, and experimental design well enough to make confident decisions from data.
- You have built and deployed A/B tests and multivariate tests using tools such as Optimizely, VWO, or similar platforms.
- You have direct experience building funnels in no-code environments like Webflow, integrating forms, tracking, and automation.
- You are comfortable reading and querying behavioral data in tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or GA4 to uncover insights.
- You have used AI tools in a production workflow to assist with copy, research, and rapid prototyping of growth assets.
- You have a strong grasp of copywriting principles, persuasion patterns, and microcopy that reduces friction and increases conversions.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities shift and execution speed is critical.
Nice to have
- Experience building and scaling membership or educational products in a subscription or cohort-based model.
- Background in coaching, personal development, or applied behavioral science within a product context.
- Familiarity with mental models, rituals, and structured frameworks for human performance.
- Experience contributing to products that serve a global audience with multi-language considerations.
- Knowledge of cinematic storytelling and narrative design applied to user onboarding and engagement flows.
Practical notes
This is a full-time position, carried out remotely or from our beautiful offices in Dubaï. French and English fluency is required.
