What you'll do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, addressing their financial inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Educate clients about various financial products and services offered by Bamboohr, ensuring they understand the benefits and features of each option.
• Assist clients in completing financial transactions, including account openings, fund transfers, and loan applications, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide personalized financial advice based on clients' individual needs and goals, helping them make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Stay updated on industry trends, financial regulations, and product offerings to provide clients with the most current information.
• Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills in the financial services sector.
• Contribute to team goals by meeting or exceeding performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and sales targets.

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication with clients.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or financial services, preferably in a role that involved direct client interaction.
• Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulations, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all client interactions.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by client needs.
