About the role
You will own the end to end commercial journey of turnkey fragrance development for emerging and growth stage beauty and lifestyle brands entering the market for the first time. You will translate vague ideas into concrete scent strategies and guide clients from concept through to stable production and confident launch. In this position you will act as the primary commercial interface, balancing creative ambition with operational reality to keep projects moving efficiently. You will leverage Osmo's AI empowered development models alongside the deep craftsmanship of our perfumery team to de risk launches and accelerate time to market. Your day to day will involve managing a portfolio of turnkey clients, forecasting demand, and coordinating closely with operations and production partners. You will combine relationship management with technical fragrance understanding to ensure each client feels supported and informed. Ultimately you will be responsible for driving new business, expanding existing client portfolios, and representing Osmo as a modern and reliable fragrance partner.

What you'll do
Identify and qualify new business opportunities across fine fragrance, home fragrance, and personal care segments.
Manage a portfolio of turnkey clients who are entering the fragrance market for the first time, guiding them through each phase of development.
Drive commercial outcomes by translating client briefs into actionable fragrance direction and packaging concepts.
Coordinate manufacturing timelines and production schedules to ensure on time delivery against client commitments.
Partner closely with perfumers, evaluators, and production teams to align scent exploration with operational constraints.
Support fragrance evaluations and help clients navigate scent selection with confidence using structured testing and feedback loops.
Build and maintain high trust client relationships through consistent, high touch communication and responsive follow up.
Own commercial metrics for your portfolio including pipeline health, conversion rates, and post launch satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for expansion through product extensions, line extensions, and new launches over time.
Represent Osmo in the market as a solutions oriented, agile, and modern fragrance partner for digitally native brands.
Leverage Osmo's technology platforms and AI enabled development tools to streamline ideation, sampling, and commercialization workflows.
Coordinate go to market inputs such as naming, story, and positioning to ensure alignment with client brand narratives.
Maintain up to date visibility into competitive landscape and emerging trends in fine fragrance, home, and personal care.
Document client decisions, feedback, and project learnings to improve repeatability and knowledge sharing internally.
Act as a trusted advisor who balances creative exploration with pragmatic execution to protect budgets and timelines.
Requirements
Experience bringing fragrance or beauty brands to market through turnkey or partner models.
Background working in or alongside fragrance houses, beauty manufacturers, or established turnkey partners.
Entry level olfactive training with comfort discussing scent direction and evaluating fragrance families.
Strong understanding of customer service and client management in a fast paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and create trust quickly with external stakeholders.
Comfortable with technology and interested in how AI can support creative and commercial development.
Naturally curious, proactive, and energized by new ideas and evolving market dynamics in beauty and fragrance.
Excited by ambiguity and motivated by helping build new brands from concept to shelf.
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills for both internal and external audiences.
Comfortable operating in a fast moving entrepreneurial environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Willingness to travel as needed to support client meetings, industry events, and production visits.

Prior experience in digital or emerging fragrance brands or adjacent direct to consumer beauty categories.
Exposure to AI tools or data driven product development processes in a commercial or creative context.
