The Manager of Investor Relations will support the company's communication strategy with shareholders, analysts, and the broader financial community. This role involves preparing materials for earnings calls, managing investor inquiries, and helping convey the company's financial performance and strategic direction. What you'll do

Prepare and distribute quarterly and annual financial reports to investors and analysts

Coordinate logistics for earnings calls, investor presentations, and conference calls

Draft press releases and investor communications regarding financial results and corporate updates

Maintain and update the company's investor relations webpage with current information

Respond to investor inquiries and provide accurate data on company performance

Assist in planning and executing annual shareholder meetings and special events

Monitor industry trends and competitor communications to inform the company's strategic planning and positioning

Collaborate with the finance team to ensure reporting accuracy and timeliness

Support the development of investor presentation decks and supporting materials

Track and analyze investor sentiment, engagement metrics, and market perceptions over time to inform leadership decisions

Evaluate and improve internal processes for investor communication workflows and documentation

Partner with legal and compliance teams to review all public-facing financial statements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, communications, or a related field

Minimum of five years of experience in investor relations or corporate communications

Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and SEC disclosure requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail

Experience managing multiple projects and meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced setting

Ability to build and maintain relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts

Proficiency with financial data platforms and investor relations management software

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team

Comfort with frequent interaction with senior leadership and board members

Knowledge of stock exchange listing requirements and public company governance

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively

Experience working with external auditors and financial advisors on reporting matters

Nice to have

Master's degree in business administration or a related discipline

Prior experience at a healthcare or health insurance company

Familiarity with investor relations software platforms such as Q4 or Intrado

Background in equity research or sell-side analysis

Experience with proxy statement preparation and annual report production

Understanding of ESG reporting frameworks and sustainability disclosure standards

Certification in investor relations such as the CIR designation is valued
