- Partner with legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure all provider-related initiatives adhere to jurisdictional regulations and industry standards.
- Drive change management efforts across the organization, ensuring smooth adoption of new provider tools, processes, and policies.
- Identify opportunities for automation and technology enhancements that elevate the provider journey while maintaining a human-centric approach.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate provider feedback into feature requirements and improvements.
- Serve as the strategic liaison between Oscar Health and its provider network, advocating for mutually beneficial partnerships and long-term relationships.
Requirements
You must hold a bachelor's degree or demonstrate equivalent experience spanning four years in related fields. You should bring more than ten years of experience in healthcare consulting or strategic industry roles, with at least seven years influencing executive-level decisions. Additionally, you need five or more years defining and executing company-level strategies in dynamic, market-facing environments. You must have a proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in regulated industries. You should be comfortable working with large datasets and interpreting analytical findings to inform strategic choices. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will regularly translate complex concepts into clear, actionable recommendations. You must be able to navigate ambiguity and drive progress in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare landscape. A demonstrated ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders is critical to success in this role. You must have experience working with remote and hybrid teams, ensuring alignment and engagement across distributed locations. A deep commitment to improving healthcare access and outcomes is expected as part of your professional ethos. Work Location and Compensation
This is a remote position open to candidates based in Atlanta, Georgia. You will work fully remotely, with future models potentially including a hybrid arrangement tied to our regional hub. The base salary ranges from $196,732 to $258,211 per year, accompanied by benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, company equity grants, and annual performance bonuses.
