About the role
You will take ownership of an Enterprise territory that spans both large publicly listed organizations and privately held companies, driving growth through new logo acquisition and strategic expansion of existing accounts within the Nordics market. You will operate remotely from Sweden while reporting directly to our Area Director EMEA as an individual contributor, shaping your own path and daily priorities. As a trusted advisor, you will bring deep industry expertise and high emotional intelligence to every conversation with prospects and current customers. You will connect AuditBoard's leading technology to compelling business cases that resonate with CFOs and secure Executive Sponsorship. You will work in close collaboration with Sales Engineering, Demand Generation, and Business Value Consulting at every stage of the sales cycle. You will create new opportunities by introducing innovative ideas, leveraging new techniques, tools, joint field marketing initiatives, trade shows, and strategic partnerships. You will build strong, customer-centric relationships with our Big 4 Alliance partners to align on shared outcomes. You will win deals through meticulous planning and preparation, applying a consultative approach to solving real business problems and executing flawlessly on legal and IT security negotiations as well as onboarding.

What you'll do
- Assume end-to-end responsibility for an Enterprise territory in the Nordics, balancing new customer acquisition with expansion of existing logos.
- Work remotely from Sweden while maintaining a strong presence through in-person engagements when needed.
- Report directly to the Area Director EMEA and operate as a self-driven individual contributor.
- Act as a trusted advisor by demonstrating deep industry knowledge and emotional intelligence with every stakeholder.
- Translate AuditBoard's platform capabilities into clear business value propositions that convince CFOs and secure executive buy-in.
- Partner closely with Sales Engineering to design and deliver tailored technical demonstrations and proof points.
- Work with Demand Generation to align on messaging, target accounts, and coordinated campaign initiatives.
- Collaborate with Business Value Consulting to build robust ROI cases and support complex procurement discussions.
- Forge and nurture relationships with Big 4 Alliance partners to drive co-sell opportunities and joint value creation.
- Create new demand through innovative techniques, trade show participation, and strategic partner enablement.
- Master the sales cycle from initial discovery to closed won, ensuring flawless execution of legal, security, and onboarding procedures.
- Maintain precise forecasting and pipeline management to consistently exceed quota targets.
- Document customer interactions and insights to inform product positioning and enablement materials.
- Champion customer success by ensuring smooth transitions from sale to implementation and adoption.
- Continuously refine your approach based on feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends.
Requirements
- Bring a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience working with enterprise technology solutions and complex sales environments.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of securing new logos and excelling in value-based selling scenarios.
- Show a strong affinity for software, IT security, and risk management solutions that address enterprise challenges.
- Exhibit a passionate focus on pipeline generation and opportunity progression, including strategic account planning and preparation.
- Display a desire to be coached and apply a structured approach aligned with a defined sales methodology.
- Highlight experience collaborating across departments, with partners, and within cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
- Maintain an "in the field" mentality that drives you to meet customers and prospects face-to-face whenever practical and effective.
- Commit to operating with integrity, adhering to compliance standards, and safeguarding highly sensitive data throughout the sales process.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where adaptability, ownership, and results orientation are essential.
Nice to have
- Experience working with enterprise risk, audit, and compliance platforms within the GRC and IT security domains.
- Familiarity with the needs and procurement processes of large publicly listed companies in the Nordic region.
- Background in working with Big 4 consulting partners and alliance-based sales motions.
- Prior success in selling SaaS solutions to enterprise customers in heavily regulated industries.
- Comfort with quantitative business cases, financial modeling, and articulating ROI to executive stakeholders.
- Experience leveraging data and insights to prioritize accounts and guide strategic outreach.
- Participation in trade shows, analyst briefings, or industry events relevant to GRC and risk management.

- This is a full-time position based in Sweden with remote work flexibility.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in Sweden under local employment regulations.
