What you'll do

• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using PHP and SQL, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure reliability and functionality across various platforms.
• Participate in code reviews to provide constructive feedback and improve overall code quality within the team.
• Work closely with project managers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize database queries and structures to improve application performance and data retrieval times.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a PHP developer with a solid understanding of SQL databases.
• Strong knowledge of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with MVC frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony is highly desirable.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, for collaborative development.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and experience integrating third-party services.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory with relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with front-end frameworks such as Vue.js or React.js.
• Knowledge of cloud services like AWS or Azure for deployment and hosting solutions.
