This role suits a self-directed builder who enjoys healthcare context and AI tools while writing clean code with minimal supervision. You will exercise ownership and direction over the entire Season platform lifecycle from initial discovery through production operation. The position requires you to design intake workflows that capture dietitian appointment details before records move into production environments. You will translate vague requests from non-technical partners into working software during collaborative discovery sessions with stakeholders. You will shape data pipelines that feed AI features so personalized nutritional guidance remains accurate and timely for clinicians. This role involves guarding the reliability of scheduling and appointment flows while coordinating with remote teammates on continuous improvements. You will champion standards for maintainability as the platform grows and new dietary tools enter the ecosystem.

Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's credential in related fields or possess equivalent hands-on experience spanning five years in software development.
- Demonstrate full-stack capability with backend depth in JVM languages like Java or Kotlin plus Python for robust system implementation.
- Show frontend familiarity with React, Angular, or Vue while understanding cloud options such as AWS or GCP for deployment architectures.
- Bring FastAPI knowledge and proven skill designing robust APIs backed by relational stores including Postgres and MySQL for healthcare data.
- Have built production systems from scratch and owned them end to end while staying calm amid ambiguity and evolving requirements.
- Communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders, gathering needs from non-technical teammates in healthcare contexts to ensure alignment.
- Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure software reliability and compliance within regulated healthcare delivery environments.

This role operates within a fully remote structure located in the United States and is a full-time engagement. The compensation range for this position is $130,000 to $170,000 USD annually.
