What you'll do
- Define the long-term product direction and strategic vision for Patient CRM and Patient 360 platforms.
- Establish the data and context foundation that enables advanced follow-up prioritization and winback campaign capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Clinical Operations to ship platform capabilities tailored for B2B clients.
- Balance immediate patient retention targets with strategic investments in context quality to support future AI functionality.
- Serve as a trusted product advisor to leadership within Product, Engineering, and Services functions for complex initiatives.
- Translate ambiguous, data-rich requirements into clear and actionable product guidance for cross-functional teams.
- Ensure patient journey signals are meticulously structured to support care recommendations and timely clinical interventions.
- Advance AI-ready features by coordinating inputs from clinical operations and diverse client workflows.
- Drive engagement strategies that maintain patient interest and adherence from initial intake through ongoing support cycles.
- Optimize the patient data model to enhance retention, reduce churn, and improve overall care-journey outcomes.
- Partner with clinical operations to integrate real-world workflows into scalable digital engagement platforms.

Requirements
You bring a minimum of 7 years of product management experience focused on patient, consumer, or CRM-adjacent solutions within digital health contexts. You have a demonstrable track record of building on data-rich surfaces such as CRM systems and engagement platforms that serve B2B healthcare models. You possess experience integrating or building AI/ML features that rely on structured information, historical user data, and predictive modeling techniques. You excel at building, communicating, and managing roadmaps across cross-functional teams operating in fast-moving, ambiguous healthcare environments. You navigate ambiguity and make sound prioritization decisions even when critical information is incomplete or evolving. You communicate complex product concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, aligning teams around shared objectives. You understand the nuances of healthcare data, patient identity resolution, and multi-tenant data architecture in regulated contexts. You demonstrate familiarity with virtual care, telehealth platforms, or patient-facing care delivery workflows within digital health settings.
