You will own the complete lifecycle of software features, translating ambiguous requirements into production-ready solutions alongside product and design partners. What you'll do

Architect and maintain scalable backend APIs and services using modern programming paradigms to ensure high performance and security.

Design and implement responsive user interfaces that deliver intuitive experiences while integrating interactive AI-assisted components.

Collaborate with data specialists to prototype machine learning features, evaluating suitable models and optimizing their integration into production workflows.

Refactor legacy codebases to improve readability, modularity, and test coverage, reducing technical debt and accelerating future development.

Implement automated testing strategies and deployment pipelines to validate changes and enable reliable, frequent releases to production.

Investigate emerging AI tools and frameworks, conducting experiments to assess their applicability and impact on product roadmaps.

Partner with product managers to break down epics into manageable tasks, ensuring clear specifications and realistic delivery timelines.

Monitor application metrics and logs to identify bottlenecks, diagnose issues, and drive improvements in reliability and user satisfaction.

Champion best practices in version control, code quality, and documentation to support knowledge sharing and long-term project sustainability.

Lead scoping sessions to estimate effort, identify risks, and propose alternative solutions that balance business needs with technical constraints.

Mentor team members through technical guidance, fostering a culture of learning, experimentation, and ownership across the engineering organization.

Participate in on-call rotations to respond to critical incidents, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement of operational processes.

Evaluate third-party libraries and services, conducting security reviews and performance tests before adoption at scale.

Contribute to the definition of engineering standards, helping establish coding guidelines, architectural patterns, and review processes.

Requirements

You must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related technical field.

You need to demonstrate at least eight years of professional experience in software development across full-stack disciplines.

You should have a strong command of English, enabling clear communication with international stakeholders and team members.

You must be proficient in both frontend and backend technologies, including modern JavaScript frameworks and server-side programming languages.

You are required to have hands-on experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code practices.

You need to show a proven track record of working with agile methodologies, delivering iterative improvements in complex projects.

You must exhibit strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug intricate issues and optimize system performance under pressure.

You are expected to comply with professional security standards and data protection best practices in all development activities.

Nice to have

Experience with AI integration in production systems, including prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, or retrieval-augmented generation.

Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Svelte, and their associated ecosystems.
