Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the education sector.
• Strong understanding of the educational landscape, including K-12 and higher education institutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients alike.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
