Enablement Content Creator
Job description
About the role
Onebrief is building a new discipline at the intersection of military operations and modern collaboration software, and this role sits at the heart of that mission. As the Content Producer for Delivery Enablement Operations, you own the end to end production quality of every deliverable the DEO team creates. You translate complex operational concepts into clear, reliable training and enablement materials that field teams and internal staff can depend on under pressure. This position requires a disciplined creator who can work independently yet coordinate tightly with instructors, operators, and partners around demanding timelines. You will serve as the bridge between raw subject matter expertise and polished, publication ready content that upholds the Onebrief quality bar. The work is consequential, directly supporting how military and mission critical teams plan, communicate, and execute.

What you'll do
Produce all internal DEO training materials to a professional standard, including new employee onboarding modules, Atom Engine training curricula, Onebrief platform training content, workflow guides, and SOPs.
Produce customer facing training materials, feature walkthroughs, exercise preparation guides, and enablement videos that reflect Onebrief's quality bar and operational expectations.
Create slicksheets, quick start guides, job aids, and visual reference materials designed for deployment at customer commands and in the field.
Ensure all customer facing content is accurate, on brand, and approved through the appropriate QA and Marketing review process before publication.
Maintain and update internal content as the product evolves, incorporating field lessons, site visit insights, and exercise debriefs into revised materials.
Coordinate with Marketing on brand alignment, visual standards, terminology, and content distribution strategy to ensure consistency across channels.
Partner with Product on new capability release timing so that content is ready at the point of customer delivery and supports successful adoption.

Coordinate with DEO on the monthly content sync cadence to ensure updated modules are delivered on schedule and meet evolving operational needs.
Maintain the DEO content library in an organized and version controlled state, making it accessible to delivery teams and DEO staff who rely on accurate materials.

You must have proven experience working directly with subject matter experts, taking raw operational input and converting it into polished, ready to use deliverables without losing technical accuracy.
You must be able to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross functional teams that include instructors, operators, marketers, and product managers.
You must hold a Secret Security Clearance, as this role requires access to sensitive operational context and materials.
You must be comfortable operating in a mission focused environment where content decisions can affect planning and coordination outcomes.
You must be willing to engage with high stakes workflows where accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery are essential to operational success.
