Test Clinical Referrals
Job description
About the role
One Medical is seeking individuals to manage clinical referral testing processes. This position supports our mission to provide accessible primary care by ensuring that referral workflows function accurately for patients and providers. The role owner is responsible for executing end to end testing of clinical referral pathways to confirm that patient data moves correctly through our digital systems. You will serve as the primary verification point for referral order entry, status tracking, and result reconciliation across provider networks. This position requires a methodical approach to validating that every referral step meets defined clinical and operational standards. You will partner with clinical and engineering stakeholders to reproduce issues and confirm fixes in a national, distributed environment. The successful candidate will use structured investigation techniques to isolate root causes and document findings for cross functional teams. Ultimately, this role ensures that providers receive timely, accurate information to support continuity of care for patients.
