What you'll do
- Provide operational support at designated office locations, ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming environment for patients.
- Assist patients with check-in procedures, administrative requests, and other needs, maintaining a high level of service quality.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure effective communication and coordination, resulting in a seamless patient experience.
- Rotate between multiple office locations, adapting to changing needs and priorities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, clinical staff, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve shared goals and objectives, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a float capacity across multiple New York locations, adapting to changing needs and priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage patient interactions and build strong relationships.
- Proficiency in standard office software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Experience with patient management systems, including electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems (PMS).
- Commitment to maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment, collaborating with clinical staff and other stakeholders.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.

Nice to have

- Certification in patient services or a related field, such as Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Certified Patient Service Representative (CPSR).
