We are seeking a Demand Generation Specialist to play a crucial role in enhancing our lead generation strategies and nurturing programs. This position will focus on optimizing our website and improving conversion rates across multiple digital platforms, contributing significantly to our marketing efforts.

What you'll do
- Design, execute, and oversee nurturing campaigns utilizing email, chat, and automation tools to engage potential leads effectively.
- Support lead scoring initiatives, manage the customer lifecycle, and ensure the quality of campaigns within HubSpot and associated platforms.
- Monitor the synchronization between HubSpot and Dynamics, proactively identifying and addressing any issues related to lead flow.
- Handle updates to the company website, including content edits, form validations, and modifications to calls-to-action, ensuring the site operates smoothly.
- Collaborate with external partners on web-related projects, ensuring that all deadlines and deliverables are met efficiently.
- Partner with the Product Marketing team to refresh and update website content, campaign landing pages, and promotional materials as needed.
- Contribute to search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives and website enhancement strategies to improve visibility and increase conversion rates.
- Conduct tests on various digital assets such as emails, landing pages, and forms, analyze the outcomes, and provide actionable recommendations based on insights.
- Extract and analyze campaign data, verify marketing lists, and assist in maintaining reporting dashboards for both Marketing and Sales teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B Marketing Operations, Campaign Operations, or Demand Generation support roles.
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot; experience with CRM systems like Dynamics is a plus.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) and paid media platforms such as AdRoll and 6sense, as well as data tools like Clay, is advantageous.
- Comfortable with setting up marketing campaigns, managing workflows, and organizing lists within marketing automation systems.
- Basic understanding of the stages in the B2B sales funnel, including lead, Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL), Sales Qualified Lead (SQL), and opportunity.
- Interest in or experience with website management and basic optimization techniques, including forms, calls-to-action, and landing pages.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and external agencies.
- Proficient in generating reports and conducting data quality assessments to identify trends or issues.
- Familiarity with the FinTech or payments sector is a plus.
The base salary for this position ranges from $66,960 to $78,750, with the potential for an annual bonus and overtime pay. The final salary will be based on various factors, including the applicant's qualifications, experience, education, and current market conditions.
