What you'll do

• Lead the day-to-day execution of product development activities across several cross-functional squads, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Grow, develop, and coach a high-performing team of Product Managers, setting clear standards for talent acquisition, professional growth, and product craft.
• Drive the overall product strategy at the company level, aligning product initiatives with business goals to support product-led growth and revenue expansion.
• Own and manage area-specific OKRs, product roadmaps, and delivery schedules, ensuring teams stay aligned and operate efficiently within set timelines.
• Foster a culture of innovation by exploring new features, including developing new games, enhancing app personalization, and integrating emerging technologies to improve user engagement.
• Scale and evolve the experimentation engine, supporting rapid testing, learning, and optimization to refine product features and user experiences continuously.
• Support international expansion initiatives by helping to launch products into new markets, including the UK and Germany, and adapting strategies to local audiences.
• Shape how product squads collaborate with engineering, design, data, and commercial teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features.
• Bring AI into the product development process by leveraging automation and intelligent tools to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Act as a bridge between the product team and the wider business, communicating product vision, progress, and impact through compelling storytelling and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with leadership to define long-term product roadmaps aligned with company growth targets and social impact objectives.
• Monitor key performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions and prioritize initiatives effectively.
• Lead efforts to improve product usability and customer satisfaction, ensuring that products are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with user needs.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading product teams, with a proven track record of managing and scaling products successfully.
• Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute long-term product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and mentor high-performing teams of Product Managers and other product professionals.
• Experience supporting international expansion, particularly into markets like the UK and Germany, with an understanding of local market dynamics.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing and collaborating across various teams and levels of leadership.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories about product vision, progress, and impact to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with product experimentation, data analysis, and using insights to inform decision-making.
• Passion for social impact and mission-driven organizations, with a desire to contribute to meaningful causes through product innovation.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management, OKRs, and agile methodologies.
• Experience integrating AI and automation tools into product workflows is a plus.

Practical notes

• This role is based on-site in Holborn, London, with a hybrid working policy requiring three days onsite per week.
