Staff Data Engineer, Finance Data Platform
Job description
About the role
This position defines and owns the full lifecycle of financial data at OKX, from initial intake through to group reporting and audit. You will architect, validate, and deliver finance datasets ensuring integrity from raw ingestion to reconciled, auditable outputs. The role establishes technical standards and acts as the domain authority for Finance, Accounting, and Treasury data requirements. It targets individuals who have built regulated financial data systems subject to audit and regulatory review. You will translate regulatory expectations into concrete technical constraints for data modeling and lineage. The position requires mentoring engineers on best practices for financial data integrity in high-compliance settings. Success is defined by your ability to ensure finance teams can trust critical metrics with complete confidence.
