We are currently looking for a Product Manager who will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our portfolio of federal contracts, ensuring that our offerings meet the needs of our users effectively.

What you'll do
- Drive the enhancement of digital tools and workflows that empower accredited representatives to assist Veterans in accessing and managing their benefits efficiently.
- Work closely with stakeholders from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), as well as engineers and designers, to create solutions that are user-centered, compliant with regulations, and impactful.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product development and improvement initiatives.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that tasks are aligned with strategic goals and user needs.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to promote team collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate product releases and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and prepared for upcoming changes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with end users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and drive successful outcomes.
- Advocate for the needs of Veterans by leveraging modern, user-centered technology to enhance service delivery.
- Contribute to the overall product strategy and vision, aligning it with organizational goals and user requirements.
- Perform additional related tasks as needed to support the team and organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally within federal, health IT, or large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong skills in managing product backlogs, prioritizing tasks, and delivering results within an agile framework.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with end users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to devise impactful solutions.
- Familiarity with VA systems, benefits processes, or government service delivery is highly advantageous.
- Experience in facilitating agile ceremonies and coordinating product releases to ensure smooth project execution.
- Exceptional communication abilities, focusing on clarity, collaboration, and achieving desired outcomes.
- A strong commitment to improving services for Veterans through innovative, user-focused technology solutions.
- A consultative mindset that prioritizes client and user needs in decision-making processes.
- Experience working in Agile development environments is essential.
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as required.
Education
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.

- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Some positions may necessitate U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or security clearance.
Compensation
At Oddball, we are dedicated to providing competitive and fair compensation for all team members. The salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $135,000, with actual offers being influenced by job category, location, and the applicant's qualifications.
