This role involves partnering with energy experts to explore new opportunities and test concepts that reveal hidden chances and strengthen our market position. You will guide experiments that study patterns in usage, helping teams understand shifts and respond with practical, data-informed actions. A key focus will be championing methods that keep customer details private, embedding protection into workflows and guarding sensitive information at every stage. You will also shape roadmaps for innovation, balancing immediate needs with long-term vision to guide technology in responsible directions.

What you'll do

- Oversee the governance of AI tools, ensuring responsible use and alignment with corporate values and regulatory expectations.
Requirements
- You must have hands-on experience creating systems that generate language or related content in production settings.
- You must hold at least 3 years in roles focused on artificial intelligence or similar technical fields.
- You must understand regulations concerning digital protection and responsible handling of information.
- You must know how to assess performance using indicators and measurement methods.
- You must demonstrate a proven track record of delivering AI solutions in complex environments.
- You must exhibit strong judgment when balancing innovation with risk management in operational contexts.
- You must communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences in fast-paced settings.
- You must be comfortable making decisions in situations where data is incomplete but action is required.
Nice to have
Experience in energy, sustainability, or infrastructure sectors is preferred.
