What you'll do
Conduct in-depth analysis of energy consumption patterns to identify optimization opportunities and tailor solutions for diverse customer profiles.
Design and implement customized energy strategies that align with sustainability goals and regulatory requirements for residential and commercial clients.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, ensuring transparency and exceptional service at every interaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline energy processes, remove operational bottlenecks, and improve overall system efficiency.
Interpret complex energy data and market trends to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and business growth.
Lead training initiatives for both internal staff and external partners to ensure a shared understanding of energy products and best practices.
Monitor project implementation from conception to completion, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet organizational objectives.
Utilize digital tools and platforms to track performance metrics, resolve client issues, and continuously refine energy solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through energy transitions and helping them navigate evolving industry standards.
Promote a culture of innovation by encouraging feedback, exploring new technologies, and integrating sustainable practices into daily workflows.
Support the development of internal documentation and process guides to enhance team knowledge and service consistency.
Engage with stakeholders at all levels to foster collaboration and ensure alignment on energy objectives and outcomes.

Requirements
Candidates must possess a proven track record in customer service or client-facing roles within the energy or utility sectors.
You must demonstrate strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data sets and translate findings into practical energy solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for engaging with clients, colleagues, and partners in a professional manner.
A solid understanding of energy markets, regulatory frameworks, and sustainability principles is required for effective decision-making.
You should be proficient in using digital tools, including customer relationship management systems and data analysis software.
The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team is critical in this fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving capabilities are necessary to address complex energy challenges and deliver timely, effective resolutions.

Preferred candidates will have experience in flexible work models and remote or hybrid team environments.

Practical notes
The role offers flexible scheduling options, including a model where you work between Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, choosing at least two of these days and agreeing on your schedule with your team in advance. Alternatively, a standard schedule is available, consisting of full-time hours from Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. You will have the opportunity to choose the model that best fits your lifestyle. This position is based in Málaga and requires in-person presence. Travel is generally limited to within the region, and the role does not require international relocation or visa sponsorship at this time.
