What you'll do

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets while meeting quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements, define project goals, and establish clear communication channels.
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
• Conduct regular status meetings with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or a similar role, preferably in a technology or consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with budgeting and resource allocation processes.
