About the role
You will define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for autonomous orchestration solutions that enable multi-domain operations across air, sea, land, and space. You will work directly with defense, intelligence, and commercial customers to translate complex requirements into actionable product features and ensure successful deployment. You will own the full product lifecycle from initial concept through customer delivery, collaborating with engineering teams to build groundbreaking features from the ground up. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, driving alignment among technical and business stakeholders to advance the state of autonomy. You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities and shape product positioning in mission-critical sectors. You will manage product launches and coordinate closely with customers on integration and adoption. You will gather and analyze user feedback to iteratively improve the platform and enhance the customer experience. You will serve as a trusted product leader in an innovative environment that pushes the boundaries of autonomy.

What you'll do

- Partner directly with defense, intelligence, and commercial customers to capture requirements and translate them into prioritized product features.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to plan, scope, and deliver high-quality hardware-software integrated products on schedule.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept to customer deployment and support.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, working alongside business development to communicate value to technical stakeholders.
- Manage product launches, ensuring smooth coordination with customers for successful integration, adoption, and operational readiness.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize user feedback and operational data to continuously refine product offerings and improve the user experience.
- Translate complex technical constraints and capabilities into clear requirements and documentation for engineering and commercial teams.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in autonomy, robotics, AI/ML, and related fields to assess potential product applications.
- Maintain deep knowledge of how software, firmware, and hardware interact in production environments to guide realistic product decisions.
- Represent product interests in cross-functional discussions, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Bring 2+ years of product management experience leading hardware-software integrated products with end-to-end system delivery.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of how software, firmware, and hardware interact in real-world, production systems.
- Show proven analytical and problem-solving skills to make sound, data-driven product decisions in complex scenarios.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Have experience managing complex, cross-functional, and multi-stakeholder product development initiatives from conception to launch.
- Possess U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environment while maintaining attention to detail and execution rigor.
- Display versatility in handling diverse responsibilities that span technical specifications, customer engagement, and marketing positioning.
- Exhibit a customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate user needs into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
Nice to have
- Hold an MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Bring previous military, government, or defense industry experience.
- Have experience with autonomous systems, robotics, AI/ML, or related technologies.
- Combine background in both technical product management and product marketing.
- Already possess an active security clearance.
- Have experience working with DoD or intelligence community customers.
