About the role
You will own the end to end marketing lifecycle for autonomous orchestration platforms that coordinate unmanned systems across land, sea, air, and space. You will translate ambiguous market problems into clear positioning and narratives that resonate with defense, intelligence, and commercial customers. You will act as the primary voice of the customer within product and business development teams. You will define the strategic direction for product messaging and ensure that every go to market initiative aligns with business objectives. You will design and execute field demonstrations that showcase system capabilities in realistic operational environments. You will synthesize direct customer feedback into actionable product requirements that engineering teams can implement. You will collaborate closely with sales to build compelling narratives that de risk buying decisions for enterprise clients. You will steward the product story from initial concept through adoption, ensuring consistent communication at every stage.

What you'll do
- Conduct primary and secondary market research to identify customer pain points, use cases, and buying triggers for autonomous orchestration solutions.
- Architect the overall marketing strategy, defining messaging frameworks, value propositions, and competitive positioning for complex multi domain environments.
- Analyze competitor offerings and market trends to uncover gaps and opportunities for new product differentiation.
- Partner with business development leaders to develop strategic account plans and targeted campaigns for priority segments.
- Engage directly with defense, intelligence, and commercial clients to collect qualitative feedback and validate solution fit.
- Produce technical content, including white papers, case studies, and executive summaries that explain sophisticated capabilities clearly.
- Design and manage demo environments that allow stakeholders to visualize how autonomous systems coordinate in real time.
- Develop sales enablement tools such as battle cards, playbooks, and presentation decks that accelerate the sales cycle.
- Lead cross functional working sessions to align product, engineering, and operations on launch objectives and timelines.
- Oversee end to end product launches, coordinating timelines, assets, and communication across distributed teams.
- Provide operational support to deployment and integration teams during early customer engagements.
- Translate field observations and customer interviews into specific product improvements and feature requests.
- Track key performance indicators for marketing initiatives and iterate based on measured outcomes and adoption data.
- Represent Noda Ai at industry events, webinars, and client meetings to build awareness and credibility.
- Maintain detailed documentation of strategies, decisions, and results to ensure institutional knowledge and repeatability.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor degree in marketing, business, or a related technical field.
- Bring a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in product marketing roles within technology driven environments.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of U.S. intelligence and defense sectors, including standard procurement processes and key buying organizations.
- Exhibit the ability to distill highly complex technical concepts into narratives that resonate with both technical specialists and executive decision makers.
- Show experience managing cross functional projects from initial scoping through successful delivery.
- Maintain U.S. citizenship as a non negotiable requirement for this position.
- Be capable of obtaining and maintaining a U.S. government security clearance at the level required by the role.
- Comfortably operate in regulated environments where compliance, export control, and data sensitivity are paramount.
- Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats with precision, clarity, and professionalism.
- Collaborate productively within distributed teams that may include remote and onsite stakeholders.
- Apply structured problem solving skills to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
- Demonstrate integrity and judgment when handling sensitive information and customer facing materials.

- Hold an active U.S. government security clearance that aligns with the classification level of the work.
Practical notes
- This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with up to 20% travel to client sites and field exercises as required.
