What you'll do
- Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate project requirements and constraints, ensuring that all engineering specifications are met.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a field engineering role, preferably within the construction or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices, with hands-on experience in project execution.
- Proficient in using engineering software and tools, including AutoCAD and project management applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in field operations.
Nice to have
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or working towards obtaining one.
- Experience with specific industry standards and regulations relevant to Nfb's projects.
- Familiarity with sustainable engineering practices and green building standards.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role, enhancing customer satisfaction and project success.
Skills & tools
