About the role

As a key member of our Quote-to-Cash organization, you will serve as the operational backbone for Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Compliance, ensuring that every transaction flows seamlessly from quotation to order fulfillment, renewal, and cash collection.
In the capacity of a Sales & Revenue Operations Specialist, your primary focus will be to facilitate smooth operations across the entire Quote-to-Cash cycle. You will act as a reliable operational partner for Go-to-Market, Finance, and Compliance teams, blending precision, speed, and a strong service-oriented mindset.

What you'll do
- Assist Sales teams in creating, reviewing, and managing quotations effectively.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders, including software license subscriptions, service contracts, and license delivery.
- Review contractual and booking documentation to guarantee compliance, accuracy, and readiness for audits.
- Oversee and process service engagements along with the necessary documentation.
- Maintain and manage customer renewals with a high degree of accuracy and proactive follow-up.
- Provide licensing support to customers and internal stakeholders throughout the entire license lifecycle.
- Offer first-level operational support to Go-to-Market teams through efficient ticket management.
- Collaborate with Cash Collection teams to assist with invoicing and payment follow-up processes.
- Uphold high standards of customer data quality and maintain CRM hygiene.
- Support Quality and Compliance teams by ensuring data integrity across all operational workflows.
- Actively contribute to transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Customer Operations within a software or SaaS context.
- Strong understanding of the Quote-to-Cash cycle, encompassing quotation, order processing, invoicing, and renewals.
- Proficiency in Salesforce is essential; familiarity with other CRM and ERP systems is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a results-driven and ownership-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills paired with a genuine customer service orientation and collaborative approach.
- Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced, international setting.
- Experience in contributing to or leading process improvement and transformation initiatives.
