What you'll do

• Lead and supervise engineering teams in the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to develop comprehensive project plans and specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering project management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and regulations relevant to the industry.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with clients, contractors, and team members effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and engineering design tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Greek is an advantage.
