What you'll do

• Analyse intricate business problems and architect pragmatic, scalable solutions using sound engineering judgement.
• Assume end-to-end ownership of software delivery, translating requirements into high-quality, testable code from inception to deployment.
• Collaborate closely with client teams and stakeholders to refine scope, validate assumptions, and co-create valuable products.
• Evaluate emerging industry and technology trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
• Challenge legacy architectures and processes to improve performance, resilience, and maintainability of our systems.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships through clear, consistent, and empathetic communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Leverage expertise in C#/.NET, Java, Rust, or Python to implement solutions that meet strict functional and non-functional requirements.
• Support the design, implementation, and review of software components to ensure alignment with best practices and security standards.
• Document technical decisions and system behaviour to enable knowledge sharing and long-term maintainability.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing learnings and mentoring peers where appropriate.

Requirements

• Demonstrate excellent programming skills with extensive hands-on experience in C#/.NET, Java, Rust, or Python.
• Show a proven ability to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality software under tight deadlines.
• Exhibit strong ownership, taking full responsibility for projects from initial conception through to successful delivery.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Hold an Undergraduate Degree in a relevant technical subject or equivalent practical experience.
• Bring a genuine passion for technology and a desire to work within a dynamic, integrated team environment.
