About the role
Navan is seeking a Sales Recruiter to drive the expansion of our Sales Development teams across the EMEA region. You will act as a strategic partner to the business, shaping hiring strategies and ensuring a high-quality experience for every candidate throughout the interview lifecycle. In this capacity, you will own the full lifecycle for key sales roles, taking responsibility for identifying needs and converting them into high-performing team members. You will build and maintain a robust pipeline by proactively sourcing top-tier sales talent using creative engagement techniques and market mapping. You will serve as a trusted advisor, translating complex hiring requirements into clear talent strategies for stakeholders and executives. You will champion the candidate experience, ensuring consistent communication and rigorous follow-through at every stage of the process. You will collaborate closely with interview panels to refine evaluation methods and build an efficient, positive, and standardized interview journey. Ultimately, you will be a key driver in securing the critical mass of high-performing sales professionals needed to fuel EMEA growth.

What you'll do
- Execute the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial sourcing and screening to final selection and offer management.
- Partner strategically with stakeholders and executives to refine hiring approaches, define ideal candidate profiles, and support critical talent decisions.
- Source top-tier sales professionals proactively, utilizing creative engagement techniques, market mapping, and targeted outreach to build a diverse pipeline.
- Act as a dedicated advocate for both the business and candidates, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and consistent follow-through throughout the hiring journey.
- Collaborate with interview panels to design efficient and positive candidate experiences, standardizing workflows and improving overall process quality.
- Manage multiple concurrent opportunities, balancing competing priorities with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to navigate ambiguity effectively.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the sales ecosystem, including key players, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform sourcing strategies.
- Build and leverage strong relationships with senior leadership, establishing trust and credibility to influence hiring strategies and secure buy-in.
- Utilize advanced negotiation and closing capabilities to secure top talent, managing competing interests and ensuring successful offer acceptance.
- Contribute to the development of employer branding initiatives within the EMEA region by showcasing successful hires and team achievements.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations to continuously improve sourcing effectiveness and process efficiency.
- Identify and implement innovative sourcing methodologies to uncover passive candidates and expand the available talent pool.
- Partner with HR and People Operations to ensure compliance with policies and a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Act as the central point of contact for all recruitment-related inquiries, maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism.
Requirements
- Native or bilingual proficiency in French, ensuring clear and effective communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales recruiting within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
- Demonstrated ability to source and secure high-performing sales professionals, with a proven record of successful placements.
- Strong sense of urgency and the ability to navigate ambiguity effectively, making sound decisions with limited information.
- Proven track record of collaborating with senior leadership, building trust and influencing without direct authority.
- Excellent negotiation and closing capabilities, with a history of successfully converting opportunities into accepted offers.
- Experience managing a full-cycle recruiting workflow, from requisition to offer and acceptance, with attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of sales roles, competencies, and career paths within the EMEA context.
Nice to have
- Experience scaling Sales Development Representative (SDR) teams, demonstrating the ability to grow and manage larger recruitment efforts.
- Background working within sales organizations utilizing MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler, or SPIN methodologies, showing an understanding of complex sales environments.
