Navan is seeking an ambitious professional to join our high-growth sales team in London. This role is designed for individuals who own the entire inbound lifecycle from first contact to qualified opportunity. You will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound leads while collaborating closely with marketing to refine and optimize our sales playbook. This position provides a clear pathway to develop your skills in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will work alongside cross-functional partners to ensure that our inbound strategy remains aligned with broader business goals. What you'll do
- Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing efforts to support the wider sales organization through structured discovery and needs analysis.
- Partner with Account Executives to formulate strategies for prospect and account development by sharing insights and feedback from early conversations.
- Work with demand generation and cross-functional teams to improve inbound strategy by testing new messaging and identifying high-performing content.
- Manage your book of business using SFDC, Outreach, Zoominfo, and Sales Navigator to maintain accurate records and track every interaction.
- Monitor performance metrics and use data to inform your daily decision-making, adjusting tactics based on what drives the highest conversion.
- Create and test your own content to reach potential clients, experimenting with subject lines, value propositions, and call-to-action variations.
- Achieve and exceed your established weekly and monthly sales targets by consistently engaging with leads and moving them efficiently through the funnel.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely responses and seamless handoffs from marketing to sales for hot leads.
- Leverage technology tools to automate repetitive tasks and focus your energy on high-value conversations with qualified prospects.
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries, representing Navan with professionalism and clarity in every interaction.
- Identify patterns in lead behavior and communicate findings to the wider sales team to support continuous improvement of the funnel.
- Maintain a disciplined follow-up routine to ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks due to timing or oversight.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of total work experience across any industry or role to demonstrate professional maturity and reliability.
- At least 6 months of experience in market development, business development, or a related field to show foundational sales or growth exposure.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment where multiple priorities require immediate attention and quick adaptation.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to manage a large number of leads without missing key touchpoints.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to tell compelling stories through written, verbal, and visual formats to engage diverse audiences.
- Professional business acumen and an articulate communication style that reflects confidence and credibility with enterprise-level stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree is preferred as evidence of foundational knowledge and commitment to professional growth.

- Commitment to working from the London office four days per week to maintain team cohesion and collaboration.
- Availability to start within a reasonable timeframe and ramp up quickly with support from training and onboarding resources.

- Preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked in a B2B SaaS or technology sales environment.
- Experience with outbound prospecting or cold outreach techniques that can be adapted to inbound scenarios.
- Knowledge of sales analytics and dashboard interpretation to support data-driven adjustments in real time.
- Exposure to enterprise-level selling, including managing stakeholder maps and understanding complex buying committees.
- Familiarity with coaching or mentoring peers, demonstrating leadership potential within the sales function.
