About the role
You will provide strategic sales leadership across Northern Texas as the District Manager for Oncology, owning the full P&L for your designated territory. This role requires you to oversee and drive end-to-end sales, service, and support activities for all Natera Oncology products, ensuring business plan execution and market development. You are responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Associate Clinical Oncology Specialists (ACOS) and Clinical Oncology Specialists (COS) to maximize their performance. A core part of this position involves cultivating and maintaining long-term strategic relationships with key customers and caregivers within the oncology continuum of care. You will act as a key business partner, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to address customer challenges and capture new opportunities. What you'll do
- Identify and secure new physician practices and healthcare accounts to expand the customer base and increase unit volume within your Northern Texas territory.
- Master the complete portfolio of Natera Oncology products and associated processes to position solutions effectively and differentiate value to stakeholders.

Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent; a background in medical or biological sciences is preferred but not required.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience in a complex enterprise environment.
- Demonstrate a proven history of achieving or exceeding sales goals and performance metrics.
- Show a strong desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where independent initiative is essential.
- Be willing and able to travel up to 60%-75% of the time to meet customer and stakeholder needs across the territory.
