What you'll do
Design and implement new features for the N26 iOS application using Swift and UIKit.
Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate REST APIs and handle data synchronization.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following established coding standards.
Participate in code reviews to ensure consistency and quality across the mobile codebase.
Debug and resolve performance issues, crashes, and UI bugs reported by users.
Contribute to architectural decisions that shape the long-term direction of the mobile product.
Work with product and design teams to translate user requirements into technical implementations.
Maintain and update third-party dependencies and libraries used in the iOS project.
Automate testing workflows to improve build reliability and reduce manual effort.
Document technical decisions and implementation details for the benefit of future reference.
Stay current with the latest iOS platform updates and adapt the application accordingly.
Support the release process by preparing build artifacts and coordinating with QA teams.
Requirements
Experience developing iOS applications using Swift and the UIKit framework for mobile platforms.
Familiarity with RESTful API integration and JSON parsing in mobile applications is expected.
Understanding of mobile app architecture patterns such as MVC, MVVM, or VIPER is required.
Experience with version control using Git and collaborative development workflows in team settings.
Ability to write unit tests and UI tests to verify application behavior reliably.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in code quality and architecture.
Comfortable working in an agile team environment with regular sprint cycles and iterations.
Proficiency in English for clear communication within a multinational development team is necessary.
Knowledge of SwiftUI is a plus for contributing to modern iOS interfaces.
Familiarity with analytics tools and tracking user interactions within mobile applications.

Experience with Combine framework or reactive programming paradigms in Swift is valued.
